These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute an agreement between HızlıOku ("HızlıOku", "we") and you ("User") accessing or using our services. By using our platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the platform.

• HızlıOku is an educational platform offering online speed reading courses.
• Courses are conducted between instructors and students via video conferencing (Zoom or similar).
• The platform includes course scheduling, lesson notes, homework publishing, and instructor-student messaging.
• HızlıOku does not produce live lesson content; the quality of educational services is the responsibility of independent instructors.

• You must be 18 years of age to register. Users under 18 may only register with parental/guardian consent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and keeping it up to date.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.
• You may not transfer or share your account with others.
• If you notice suspicious activity on your account, you must immediately report it via our contact form.
• HızlıOku reserves the right to suspend or delete your account upon detection of rule violations.

• Course enrollment is completed by contacting our instructor directly.
• Platform access is granted once enrollment is confirmed.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Not share content that would harm other users, instructors, or HızlıOku
• Not reproduce, distribute, or sell course content, notes, or materials without permission
• Not use software or methods that threaten platform security
• Communicate with instructors with respect
• Not share false or misleading information
• Obtain written permission from the instructor before recording course content

• Platform design, logo, software, and content are the property of HızlıOku or its licensors.
• Lesson notes and materials published by instructors belong to the respective instructors.
• Users may only access content for personal, non-commercial use.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of any part of the content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

• HızlıOku does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or errors.
• Alternative sessions will be arranged for live classes missed due to technical issues where possible; no guarantee is given.
• Direct responsibility for instructor lesson quality is not accepted; complaints are evaluated and necessary actions are taken.
• HızlıOku's liability for any reason shall be evaluated within the framework of applicable law.
• HızlıOku shall not be held liable for damages arising from user behavior.

• HızlıOku reserves the right to modify the platform or service scope with prior notice.
• You may close your account at any time.
• Your account may be suspended or closed without notice in case of Terms violation.
• In the event of complete service termination, active users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute between the parties, an amicable resolution will be sought first; if resolution cannot be reached, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in consumer disputes is reserved.
